I may have more to say about this thing tomorrow, but a few initial impressions:
The Wall Street Journal reported that CNN got ~ 5000 submitted questions, and chose ~40. With that background, I found myself asking whether, given all the important issues and challenges facing our country, do CNN producers really think that the most important issues are whether candidates believe in the Bible and what they think of the Confederate flag? Are you kidding me?! Are the dems ever asked these sort of silly questions?
How long did it take for CNN to find that gay general guy, and is he really part of Hillary’s campaign?
It was great that Rudy got asked about the Politico story about possibly misusing city funds while mayor. Did I miss it or was Hillary asked about Norman Hsu at any of these debates?
As I said, I may have more to say later, but that’s all for now.
CNN, the Bible, Confederate flag, Rudy, Hillary, Norman Hsu
